EXCEPTED ARTWORK FORMATS: Vector and camera ready art. Some pieces will allow JPG but most will require higher quality. We can help you with your art if it is not camera ready.
ARTWORK CHARGE: Depending on the need and type of file submitted, this can range anywhere from $20 – 90. We will work to make sure you get the best price possible.
TYPESETTING: Some vendors require standard fonts only (in addition to your artwork) These include but are not limited to: Regular Times New Roman, Cooper Black, Comic Sans, Freehand, Garmond, Arial.

PRODUCT PRODUCTION TIME: Standard production time after artwork and/or proofs are received is 7 – 10 business days. We have RUSH services available, call us at 816-347-1669.
ORDER PROCESSING: We will send you a quote/proposal with your item, quantity, color, artwork selection, shipping, and estimated delivery time and charge. Once this is sent back for approval, production will begin.
SHIPPING: Depending on the order, 90% of items are shipped directly from the factory to you. Shipping charges are determined by the shipper (usually the factory). Charges will be billed to you.
LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS: Quotes upon request.
LESS THAN MINIMUM: Suppliers have order minimums – any order less than the minimum may incur a charge in order to process.
TERMS: All first-time orders are prepaid. Established and approved customers in good standing: NET 30 days. Past due accounts charged 5% per month.
SAMPLES: Customers requesting custom samples will be invoiced for time and materials at a $10 minimum.
CANCELLATION CHARGE: Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. You will be invoiced for any materials used during production.
GUARANTEE: We stand by the products we sell – any manufacturing defects, incorrect screen printing, or embroidery may be returned for a full refund.
RETURNS: All items may be returned to Canyon Promotions if they have defects, incorrect screen printing or embroidery. Claims must be made within 10 days of order receipt.
ARTWORK CHANGES: All changes to layout and artwork must be made before the item is placed into production.
